Young organic dry white
Controlled fermentation at 15ºC in stainless steel vats.
Light, clean and transparent. Light yellow colour with greenish hues. Tropical fruit aromas with fresher herbaceous touches. Full-bodied and pleasantly acidic mouthfeel.
Serve between 8ºC and 12ºC. Pairs well with white fish, seafood, smoked dishes, soft cheeses, soups and cream sauces.
