Variety Tempranillo/ Petit Verdot.
Production Controlled fermentation at 24ºC in stainless steel vats.
Tasting notes Deep maroon in colour with purplish hues. Aromas of black plums and blackberries in combination with balsamic notes. Subtle hints of pepper and black spices. Rich and fruity wine that fills the palate. Good balance of fruit and wood.
Serving suggestions Serve between 14ºC and 18ºC. Pairs well with casseroles, meats, pâtés, cold meats and cured cheeses.
