Tasting notes Straw colored wine. Fruit aromas of tart pear, sliced apples and citrus. Some herbal notes. Complex. On the palate the wine is fresh, full bodied and marked by a pleasant mild bitterness.

Serving suggestions Best serve between 8 and 12 ºC. Perfect with white fish dishes, seafood, smoked fish, soft cheeses, soups and creams.
