Controlled fermentation at 15ºC in stainless steel vats.
Straw colored wine. Fruit aromas of tart pear, sliced apples and citrus. Some herbal notes. Complex. On the palate the wine is fresh, full bodied and marked by a pleasant mild bitterness.
Best serve between 8 and 12 ºC. Perfect with white fish dishes, seafood, smoked fish, soft cheeses, soups and creams.
