Variety 60% Tempranillo/40% Syrah.
Production Controlled fermentation at 22ºC in stainless steel vats.
Tasting notes Bright cherry red. Purple tones characteristic of young wines. Intense aroma of red fruits and licorice. Soft in the mouth and easy to drink. Balanced and with volume. Hints of licorice in the mouth and stewed fruit.
Serving suggestions Serve between 14ºC and 18ºC. Perfect accompaniment to any type of tapas, roasted or barbecued meats, cold meats and cheeses.
