1. Ownership of the website

In compliance with Spanish Law No. 34/2002 on Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services, please be informed that this website is the property of Vino Bella Pilar (hereinafter, Bella Pilar), is the owner of the website http://vinobellapilar.com, (hereinafter the Website) and makes it available to Internet users (hereinafter the User or Users), in order to provide information about the company, the winery, its products and related promotions, as well as to allow the provision of various services through the Website (registration of Users, receipt of newsletters and online shopping through its online store (hereinafter, the Store), among others).

 

  1. Personal data protection policy

2.1. In accordance with Organic Law No. 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), Bella Pilar informs the User of the existence of an automated personal data file created with the data obtained from the Website by and for Bella Pilar, and under its responsibility, for the purposes of providing information on and marketing the products offered in the Store, as well as carrying out promotional, advertising and information activities through any channel (email, post, telephone, mobile phone, etc.) regarding its product portfolio that may be of interest to the User; expanding and improving its products by adapting its offers to the preferences or needs of its Users; and enabling personalised browsing of the Website.

 

2.2. The User expressly accepts the inclusion of the data collected while browsing the Website or provided through the completion of any forms, as well as those deriving from the commercial relationship and/or delivery of purchased products, in the automated personal data file referred to in paragraph 2.1. During the data collection process, the User will be informed whether the provision of their data is obligatory or voluntary for the delivery of the Products, except in the case of placing orders, in which case Bella Pilar informs the User that when they place an order, they must provide their data. In order to formalise the purchase order, it will be necessary for the User to provide the data relating to their identity, address and credit card number for making payment, as these data are necessary for the formalisation and conclusion of the sale.

 

2.3. Regarding the data collected in the manner provided for in the previous paragraph, the User can exercise the rights envisaged in Organic Law No. 15/1999 and, in particular, the rights of access, rectification, erasure and opposition, if applicable, as well as the right to withdraw consent for the transfer of their data.

 

The rights referred to in the previous paragraph can be exercised by the User by sending an email to the management at info@vinobellapilar.com.

 

2.4. By accepting these terms and conditions, the User expressly consents to the transfer or communication of the data contained in the file referred to in paragraph 2.1 to the businesses of the Bella Pilar group, whether or not these are located in Spain, and for the same purposes indicated in the aforementioned paragraph 2.1.

 

2.5. When using the data contained in the file, Bella Pilar undertakes to respect their confidential nature and to use them in accordance with the purpose of the file, as well as to comply with its obligation to save them and to take all measures to avoid their unauthorised alteration, loss, processing or access, in accordance with the Security Measure Regulation for automated files containing personal data, approved by Royal Decree No. 1720/2007 of 21 December, which approves the Implementing Regulations for Organic Law No. 15/1999.
