Our winery “Nuestra Señora de Monjavacas” is located in the town of Mota del Cuervo (Cuenca), right in the heart of La Mancha. Set in 140,000 square metres of modern facilities in which innovation and technology are combined, we can produce an average of more than 500,000 hectolitres of wine each season.

The winery boasts 103 stainless steel vats, with a capacity of 1.1 million litres. In addition, there are two warehouses with perfect conditions containing American and French oak barrels for ageing. We also have a bottling room with capacity for 3,500 bottles an hour.
