Production Temperature controlled fermentation at 15 ºC in stainlesssteel tanks.
Tasting notes Light yellow in hue, bright and young. Intense on the nose, with fruit aromas reminiscent syrup for its sweetness conjoined with the herbal touches from the Verdejo. On the palate the unique taste is balanced with sweetness and good balanced acidity.
Gastronomy Best serve between 8 and 12 ºC. Perfect with fish, seafood, smoked dishes and soft cheese.
